In-Stock Items: Orders containing items that are currently in stock are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days.
Made-to-Order Items: Because many of our pieces are crafted in limited quantities by local artisans, they may require 10–12 days of processing time before they are ready for shipping.
2. Domestic Shipping (India)
Delivery Partners: We utilize a robust network of trusted domestic shipping partners, including Shiprocket, Delhivery, and DTDC, to ensure safe home decor delivery across India.
Delivery Timeframe: Once dispatched, domestic orders typically reach our customers within 5–7 working days, depending on your location.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your package leaves our facility, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking ID and AWB (Air Waybill) number. You can track your brass idols shipping progress at any time using the link provided in the email.
